Joshua DeDecker

Joshua DeDecker is a military hero deserving of a success story. After separation from the military and a long and fruitless search for civilian employment, Josh won an opportunity to join PrideAmerica® in the CallSource® booth at the National Apartment Association’s annual Conference. That’s where Josh met his current employer, one of the largest multifamily real estate communities in the nation. Less than a year later, Josh was promoted to assistant manager and named “Rookie of the Year.” It’s good when a story has a happy ending.

Chavon Jacques

It’s simple, really. We want to show our appreciation to our veterans by offering them an opportunity. That’s why, through its PrideAmerica® program, CallSource trains and mentors veterans at no charge and helps bring them together with employers. Chavon Jacques found a career with a Louisiana property management firm earlier this year. PrideAmerica volunteers worked with her to hone her interview skills and ensure she was well prepared for the entire job-seeking process. “Just when I started to lose hope, PrideAmerica was there to help. Through networking and introductions, they got my name out there. I now have a career as an assistant property manager in the multifamily housing industry. All I can say is thank you PrideAmerica,” says Chavon.
